Our Process
Three ways to purchase:

If you’re interested in a van that we have completed, see our for sale page to view any completed vans that are available.

If you are looking to supply your own van, bring it to us and we can customize the build to fit your needs!
Spec Builds
Spec builds are vans that we have purchased and plan on building to list for sale. If someone came to us at any point during build process and was interested in purchasing, this is what that process would look like (depending on where we are in the build, this method will vary):
Completed Vans For Sale:
For vans that are completed and for sale, you can check its availability by contacting us or viewing its listing page and/or pay a deposit online. This is typically $5k.
Once a deposit is paid, we will send a purchase agreement within 2 business days to complete the process.
When this agreement is signed by all parties, we require the van to be picked up within 14 days.
Upcoming Empty Vans:
For an upcoming empty van, you can check its availability by contacting us or viewing its listing page and/or pay a deposit online. This is $2,000.
If you know the products and specifications that you would want in your build, even without knowing the exact layout, you can fill out the Price My Build section of the website.
If you are not completely sure of the products or specifications, you can fill out our Submission Form and we will be in contact to discuss your future build.
Once the products, specifications and layout are determined, we will send a purchase agreement to be signed by all parties.
At this point, a second deposit is to be made of 50% of the final price of the build.
During the build process, we will be in contact every step of the way to discuss the build, send photos, etc.
The remaining 50% is due at pick up of the van upon its build completion.

Custom Builds
If you are inquiring about a custom build from us, our process is as follows:
Fill out the submission form with exactly what you’re looking to have built. Touch base on areas such as the type of van you have, your must haves in a build, things that you are flexible with or open to, etc.

Once we get back to you with our questions regarding your build, we will talk with you about if it is a build that fits into our wheelhouse (pun-intended) and one that we are able to complete.
We will then discuss your exact layout and plans so that all of us are on the same page.
Once that happens, we will create a purchase agreement with the entire build information, products used, warranty information, etc. for you to look over and have all parties sign.
When the agreement is complete and signed, we require a non-refundable deposit of $2,000. This deposit will hold your build spot.
Within 45 days of drop off a second deposit of half of the remaining 50% is due. This portion is to start purchasing products and materials so we have a high chance of starting your build on time without shipping delays or out of stock items.
During the build, we will be in contact every step of the way! We will be sending updated photos of the build, texting/calling to ask questions and make decisions with you. We promise that you will feel like part of the build the entire time!
When the van is complete and ready for pick up, the remaining balance is due. We will go over your build and essential details and you’re ready to hit the road!
Deposits are refundable if something were to occur to the van while in our possession.
